Have you ever been like: “Oh I wish I did this later so I don’t have to do it now.” Well here are some of the consequences and the possible solutions. When you say you’re going to do things later, make sure you’re going to do it in the first place. And when you do it make sure it’s soon or else it will be too late. And when it is too late you will not fully act with 100% because you are rushing to get over it. The next thing that’s unbeneficial is that once you try to do something, you’ll be less intrigued and fired up.
Some of the possible solutions to this are:
- Simply, just do it without delaying
- Prepare yourself so you have time to do what you need to do and not rush
- Mentally say/prepare that you are going to do it no matter what so you won’t loose the motivation
