So I was doing my homework for judo, it was the three principles of judo. I was able to get two easy, but the last one was pretty hard to find and the website I was on didn’t even really tell. So I decided to make a blog post of those three principles nice,clear, and quick to the point.
1 Seiryoku-Zenyo / maximum efficiency
The best use of energy, the most effective use of mind and body.
2 Jita-kyoei/mutual welfare
It means one person can not play judo alone. He/she needs a partner, so both need to learn how to become a better judoka.
3 Jikono-kansay/striving for perfection
To develop yourself to the maximum extent possible, always so that you can share something value to the world.
