Dig deep

dig deep

dig deep

This weekend I went mountain biking at Sullivan  Canyon. The thing I learned from that ride was, you gotta dig deep in order to reach you goal physically and mentally. I learned that from my dad, but I understood the meaning. It means you got to be had on yourself. You have to get that motivation to not give up and that momentum.

Suddenly, I heard “‘BUMP!” What? I said with curiosity, “pssshh”. Then I realized I got a flat tire. Since the, I’ve been pushing my bike for 15 minutes. My dad went off the main road and took the side trails. Once he got out, I rode his bike. It was big but light.

Yes, I need to dig deep.

Dig deep.
